The purpose of this organization shall be to encourage learning, to enlighten and to understand old Carnival Glass: to increase and promote friendship with dealers and collectors of old Carnival Glass, one with the other; to give all an equal opportunity to participate in new discoveries and general enlightenment concerning old Carnival Glass; to enjoy the history of the same; to gain experience; and to support the polices of our elected officials.

Membership is open to any person who is interested in the collecting and learning of old Carnival Glass.  The dues of our Association are $20.00 Canadian (Canada & USA) per family payable to the C.C.G.A. (The membership is from January 1 - December 31, you may join at any time of the year and will receive copies of all newsletters for the current year) Any individual residing in the same household will be eligible for membership in the family membership of said residence.  Meetings are held approximately every six weeks in various Ontario locations and a newsletter is issued two weeks prior to the meetings.

The first meeting of the Canadian Carnival Glass Associaion took place on September 17th, 1977 in Ancaster, Ontario at the home of Jim and Heather Helm. There were 15 people in attendance.

Our club holds bi-monthly meetings to discuss club business as well as provide a forum to share in the wealth of knowledge of other members. Each meeting has a show-and-tell portion where members can either show a theme piece or their latest find.

Currently, there are 44 registered memberships and our members reside across both Canada and the United States.

The Canadian Carnival Glass association has a Convention each year, usually held in September.  The conventions feature Seminars, Glass Displays and a Show & Sale. The highlight of the weekend is the glass auction which normally has anywhere from 200 to 300 pieces of quality glass.

Membership fees for the club are only $20 per year. Interested in joining?
